Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

This is because each item is sourced in limited quantities, and availability cannot be guaranteed once the product sells out.

We encourage customers to check the size chart, product description, and model details before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is not available once the order is placed.

Our team starts processing your order immediately to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellation becomes difficult after confirmation.

If you have made a mistake while ordering, please contact us as soon as possible—we will try our best to assist, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Return Policy

We do offer returns under the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

1. Login to your account

2. Go to My Profile → My Orders

3. Select your order and scroll to the bottom

4. Tap the Return button to initiate your request

 

Return Eligibility

 Return can be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.

 Winter coats, crochet tops, Shackets and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Cash refunds are not provided. All refunds are issued as store credit only.


Return Process

 After submitting the request, you can track if your return is accepted or rejected in the same order section.

 If approved, pickup will be arranged within 1–3 working days.

 Once received, the product goes through a quality inspection:

 If it passes, your store credit is issued.

 If it fails, the return will be rejected.

 

Refund Details (Store Credit)

 A ₹150 return pickup charge will be deducted from the refund.

 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Example:

Order Value: ₹1499

Refund Amount: 1499 – 150 = ₹1349 (credited to your store wallet)

 

Store Credit

 Store credit will reflect in your wallet after the return is approved.

 You can use your wallet amount anytime on your next purchase.

 

Original Condition Requirement


To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

 Original condition

 Unused

 Unwashed

 With all tags, labels, and packaging intact


Products that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not qualify for return unless the issue is related to a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

 

Defective / Damaged / Missing Product Policy


If you receive a defective, damaged, or missing item, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your claim can be processed:

1. Share a clear video showing the defective/damaged/missing part of the product.

 The issue must be clearly visible and highlighted with zoom.

2. Record a video showing the original labels, tags, and intact packaging box.

 If the video does not clearly show these details, we will be unable to process the claim.

3. A 360-degree unboxing video (from opening the parcel to showing the product fully) is mandatory.

 Any signs of tampering, incomplete evidence, or unclear videos may lead to claim rejection.

 The brand reserves the right to make the final decision on all defective/damage claims.
